On August 20th, news came from the Chengdu Compressor Branch that the company's new product, the CCC-HP/A series transcritical carbon dioxide air source heat pump, has achieved safe and stable operation for over 2,000 hours in the Boda Oil and Gas Production and Management Area of the Tarim Oilfield. The successful application of this product marks the company's entry into the high-pressure heating market in oil and gas fields, laying a solid foundation for expanding the market of green thermal equipment in the oil and gas industry.

 

This transcritical carbon dioxide air-source heat pump is mainly used in the crucial and rigorous process of heating the produced gas at high-pressure wellheads in oil fields. With a design pressure of up to 22 megapascals, it can efficiently recover and utilize the low-grade waste heat generated during the oil and gas field production process. It features high efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.

 

Facing the dual challenges of safety and efficiency requirements in the high-pressure environment of oil and gas fields, the company innovatively adopted the cascade heat exchange technology, effectively ensuring the reliable operation of equipment under high-pressure conditions and achieving outstanding energy utilization efficiency.

"The operating energy efficiency can reach up to 5.1 in summer, and it remains stable at 2.5 in winter. The annual overall energy-saving rate is approximately 77.58%." Yuan Zhongjian, the project manager of the Xinjiang Branch of Chengdu Compressor Company and the management area of Boda Oil Production, introduced. Just this one piece of equipment can effectively reduce carbon emissions by about 460 tons for the oilfield each year, achieving both environmental benefits and economic benefits.
